The bar staple that makes tequila cocktails taste like a professional made them. Agave is sweeter than sugar, and more neutral in flavor than honey. Cheeky's agave is made in a 3:1 ratio (agave : water)- use it for a Tommy's Margarita with Tequila and Lime or Tequila, Mezcal, bitters, and an orange twist for a Oaxacan Old Fashioned. We used this recently in a lemon drop in place of simple sugar and chefs kiss.
